What to capture, by situation

Useful evidence is not only a photo or video. It is the right condition, captured in the right order, with enough context to explain it later. Kiroku keeps capture, storage, organization, sharing, and receipt data in the same workflow.

Features for handling records after capture

After capture, Kiroku helps you find, organize, verify, and share the records you may need later.

Find the record you need

Use library search, month filters, and sharing status checks to locate photos and videos later.

Share only when needed

Switch between private, link-based, and password-protected sharing for each item.

Start with an email address

Only an email address is required to create a protected evidence library.

Prepared for unstable networks

An offline queue can hold uploads and resume them after the connection returns.

Kiroku receipt

Saved in a form you can verify later

Kiroku keeps practical evidence metadata next to the media, so a record is easier to explain after the fact.

Server received time

The server records when an upload was received.

SHA-256 hash

A media hash helps check whether the saved file matches the recorded item.

Evidence certificate

Camera Pro lets you download proof data with received time and hash when you need to attach or archive it.

Private-first sharing

Records stay private until you intentionally create a sharing path.

Capture, organize, and share in one place

Photos and videos are saved to your library, organized into collections, and shared only when you choose.

FAQ

Do I need an account?

Yes. You only need an email address so your evidence library is tied to your own protected workspace.

Can I use it on both phone and desktop?

Yes. Phones and tablets are best for capture, while desktop is useful for reviewing the library, organizing collections, and managing Pro sharing links.

Are Kiroku and Evidence Camera billed separately?

Yes. Evidence Camera is offered as a standalone Camera Pro subscription. It is JPY 980/month in Japanese checkout or USD 7.99/month in English checkout.

Will this always be accepted by a court or insurer?

Acceptance depends on the receiving party and situation. Kiroku helps preserve explainable records by keeping timestamps, hashes, and receipts after upload.
